We know waiting’s no fun, so our hiring process is designed to get your application processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. There’s a few different steps which are all designed to assess your suitability, fairly and without bias. Our assessments include a range of methods such as Digital/AI phone interviews, online ability assessments, virtual assessment centres and pre-employment checking.
You’ll notice there’s more email interaction at the start of the process – this is so we can keep things moving as quickly as possible. If it seems like we’re a good fit for each other, that’s where the fun really begins! Our assessment centre will see you spending time with us virtually or onsite, learning more about the role, and completing an interviews.
