So much can happen during a standard 8 hour shift – for a start, you’ll be speaking to up to 40 customers! You’ll be talking to Prepay, Pay Monthly, Broadband and Business customers about the huge range of products and services that 2degrees offers, so there’s heaps to sink your teeth into.
Don’t worry though, you’ll soon become an expert in our customer relationship and billing management software, which will make providing services and answering queries a breeze.
As a seasoned customer service representative, you don’t need us to tell you that sometimes you’ll get an upset or impatient caller. But you’ll know that when you use your common sense and empathy, it’s possible to turn the conversation into a positive one and find a fair solution.
It’s not all phone calls either! We’ll show you how to use our social media and email channels to cross-sell products and retain happy customers.
Fancy working from the comfort of your own home? Great! We are currently implementing a balance of office and home based work schedules, giving you more freedom to do what you love. Having a private space in your home that can fit a desk and office chair will be super useful.
